Managing Director
Simon has over 20 years of experience in Finance having held numerous senior roles in Bank, Non-Bank institutions, and Mortgage Advisory. Simon brings extensive knowledge on structuring and facilitating complex financing requirements from development funding to helping everyday New Zealanders who require bespoke solutions to assist on their journey to financial freedom and wealth creation.
Simon has extensive networks across multifaceted industries that culminate to being able to provide solutions and introductions to professionals that will aid in our client's journey.
Alan Henderson
Director
Alan is a chartered accountant and was founding partner of a property centric accountancy firm which carved its niche in offering advice and services to the property sector. He helped many clients build high-performing portfolios, through strategic planning, asset structuring, feasibility of development projects and portfolio performance review. He developed property investment planning software, to help produce personalised plans for clients. As a Chartered Accountant and Authorised Financial Advisor, he is uniquely qualified to advise clients on mortgage and financial aspects of property transactions.
Paris Capital is a sister business to Erskine Owen, which specialises in Property Syndication, Buyers' Agency, and Mortgage Brokerage.
