Erskine Owen is pleased to announce the launch of Paris Capital, a specialist finance brokerage and fund opportunity. Led by Simon Paris, who has significant finance experience, Paris Capital will be launched in two stages. Initially, it will commence with a bespoke brokering service focusing on facilitating non-bank development and investment finance. This will be followed by the creation of the business’s own mortgage-backed fund.
